How you can check whether a machine is 64 bit or 32 bit?
Answer / Gaurav Prakash
In most systems, checking whether it's 32-bit or 64-bit involves examining the System Information. On Windows, open 'System' in Control Panel and look under 'System type'. If it says '64-bit Operating System', it is 64-bit; if it says 'Based on x86 technology', it is 32-bit.
