To change the logical extent (LTA) size in IBM AIX, you can use the 'lvextend' command. For example, 'lvextend -l +100M /dev/vg_name/logical_volume' will extend the logical volume named 'logical_volume' located in volume group 'vg_name' by 100 Megabytes.
