in asay we caiculate %of total drug in our formulation(tablet, capsule...)
in cu we calculate tablet to tablet drug variation.

assay give the purity of the sample of 20 tablets not the individual tablets but cu give the individual purity ,from where we the exact result of blending of sample,just the proper mixing method
