i got 88% in ssc,89% in inter,1020 in GRE,89 in toefland 50% in engineering with 15-20 backlogs is there any chance to get admission for masters in top universities of canada?

I wish to invite a friend with a temporary status (student visa) in the US to come visit me in Canada. I am also on a student visa. Does the letter of invitation have to be addressed to her or the consulate office? Does the letter have to be notarized as I can't see anything about that in the New York office where she will be applying?

Will any one will answer generally what questions will be asked in interview as i got married recently and my hubby stays in canada and i want to visit canada as a dependent... and also will there be a language option for interview.. if there can we select the language at the time of interview or is that it is compulsory to answer in English.
