Australia electrical trade PR-i am having an indian diploma in electrical and electronics engineering and having more than 8 years of experience. but i did not completed ACT apprentice to obtain National certificate. I like to know whether i will be eligible for electrical trade PR in australia?

According to Aust webpage, Washington Accords has accept india and Organisations holding provisional status now.Being an Indian Engineer required to fill the form of CDR- Competency demonstration report.I had passed in Dec 2003.And my college is Birla Vishvakarma mahavidyala-Sardar patel University;Gujarat which is belongs to AICTE, and well reputed in india.Should I have to fill the form of CDR?
