1) Broad ligament of uterus: i) Mesosalpinx: for the uterine tubes :the portion of the broad ligament that stretches from the ovary to the level of the uterine tube. ii) Mesovarium: the portion of the broad ligament of the uterus that covers the ovaries iii) Mesometrium: constitutes the majority of the broad ligament of the uterus 2) Cardinal ligament of uterus: confer lateral stability to cervical region, from the cervix to ischial spine. 3) Uterosacral ligament of uterus: from maintain body of uterus in anteflexed position, prevent it from prolapse. 4) Round ligament of uterus: maintain anteverted position of fundus
