what can be the highest mark that can be awarded per question?on average how many questions one could answer per paper?
Hi friends, Good news for those candidates belonging to reserved category who fared reasonbly well but could not qualify for group -1 prelims. Petition is filed in the High Court on 07.07.08 challenging the prelims results for not following reservstion system as followed by UPSC and other State PSCs.
