Well, Quality.... When it comes to a cal...it can be
described as ... The all total Interaction with customers
with Verbiage, The curtsy, willingness to help, empathy,
with FTR...& lots of other parameters are there..
Service Industry is totally based on Marketing. If you have
purchased a wrong product / product is not working good/ &
very often we do check before purchase by the company....On
these concern you gonna call up customer care. So if your
service cannot make please to customer, he/she will not go
for the product.
So these quality, quality parameters has been risen...
