First Ping the Local IP ADDRESS then ping a DNS SERVER IP
ADDRESS & DNS SERVER NAME , then Check DNS Server Services
on or not

Dns Server Problems are caused by misconfigured system
files.

solution to the respective Error Code and Restartthe DNS
service
