ddr1 ram is 184 pins fsb of 333mhx and ddr2 is 240 pins and fsb of 666mhz and ddr 3 too is 240 and fsb of 1333mhz

rate1 and ddr2 is the dauble date rate 2is the diffrent
between ddr1 is the 184pins and 66mhz of the ddr2 and ddr3
is the 240 pins ddr3 of the 133mhz of the ddr3 ram

DDR- Works at 2.5 V, Has latency CL-3, Transfers 2 bits per clock cycle, located on mother board, has 184 pins, uses TSOP packaging.
DDR2-Works at 1.8V, Has latency CL-5, can transfer 4 bits in the same clock cycle as of DDR, located inside memory chip - On die termination, has 240 pins.
DDR3- works at 1.5V, Has latency CL-7, Transfers 8 bits in the same clock cycle as provided to DDR, located inside memory chip - ODT, has 240 pins but notch placed at different position
