Communication is a process of exchanging the information between two or more then two person. Your communication will be sucessfull, when you will get acknowledgement and acknowledgement is possible when recevier is giving the proper response, that's why two way communication is must and find it sucessfull when you get the proper feedback from other side.

i think communications are two type direct nd indirect.
direct means u communicate face to face. nd indirect means
talk on phone people were not talking directly.
