in gd they will giv a case study with conclusions and u
have to present ur views and which conclusion is better
suited for the given case study. It is very simple and easy
and coming to the interview they vl ask only personal
details and nothing else, these are my own experience in
this programme...

Congratulations.... I also got selected for Interview. In interview they concentrate on ur knowledge in Banking also.It is better to know about banking terminology and roles and responsibilities of the different types of employees in banks.

Hi frns ! m an M com pg workin with a Share broking company for the last 3 yrs as sales manager,i was not having good views about the govt jobs but this recession has given me a lesson and also a big question mark as far as the job security is concerned in corporates.Now i wants to prepare for the Bank PO exams,so frns pls help me and send all relevnt materials which could help me in clearing this exam. WHAT WILL BE CUT OFF MARKS OF SBI TIER-2 P.O. EXAM? PLEASE GIVE ME THE SECTION WISE CUT OFF. I KNOW THAT OVERALL 40% AND 40 PERCENTILE IN EACH SECTION IS REQUIRED BUT I WANT TO KNOW ACTUAL CUT OFF. BECAUSE SBI HAS WRITTEN PERCENTILE BUT NOT PERCENTAGE. SO PERSON HAVING 12 MARKS MAY GET MORE THAT 40 PERCENTILE. SO KINDLY GIVE ME THE ACTUAL CUT OFF.
