If we open CD-ROM drive then the responce is "please insert
cd into drive" What is the problem? Is it with CD-ROM
problem of some services problem?how can we solve this
problem?

if u insert empty cd it will give the same message "please
insert cd into drive" insert working cd and check it still
if you are getting the same problem that is hardware
related problem.

It is not a problem at all, it is the programme written by
the operating system developers as it prompts you to insert
CD into drive when it is opened by you and it doesn't
relates any hardware and sevices failure.

It is a problem some services which were running and they need a CD support
for the next task, then system prompts for the insertion of the correct CD;
This can be solved either by cancelling the runnig tast or inserting a correct CD;

There is nothing problem of Cd & Cd Rom.
Insert ur proper cd into cd rom and close cdrom that,s it

There are two importent things belongs to this problem.
1: CDrom drive lense is dirty.
2: CD is writen with higher X value than Cdrom reading X
value.
eg: CD is writen with 48x speed whereas CDrom reading speed
is 12X or other.
