Hi i am goverment employ of punjab police in dia punjab . I am police constable . I have done master in police adminstration now i want to take higer from usa that is cause i had applied for global development and peace in university of bridgeport usa i got i- 20 and my interview on 8 dec . I have not done any langauage test so university wrote in i-20 student is not proficent in english yet. Is it will be ne gative in interview . 2804Hi, I would be travelling to US on my H1B visa soon and i plan to bring my kid (2 years old) and my parents to US for sometime during the month of Jan 2011.. My mother has already once travelled to US on a visitor visa.. My question is, my kid doesnt have a dependant visa, and later in the month of Jan 2011, I would not be able to return to india to get her visa stamped. But I still want her to travel to US (along with my parents) and reside with me for few days. Hence in this scenario please let me know if my kid can get a visitor/toursit visa instead of dependant visa? Regards, Snigdha
3291I cam India from USA two days back due to some domestic reasons.I was given a blue form during H1B interview for additional documents. They asked for all the w-2 and tax returns of all the employees in the company which the company refused to give. What should I do now. Can I take a different date fr the interview again at a different consulate location. or should I skip that particular document and send the rest that they have asked for.

hello i am nandu... my acadamic % is 61.09 n GRE - 910 , toefel -63 i hav applied for visa in july n got rejected .. n then again i applied in august n got rejected again... n da reason was "not going 2 return bak 2 india" ... for the two times i hav booked da slot through EMERGENCY slots... so now there is no chance for me to buk da slot in emergency... so for the 3rd time can i book the slot through normal slot?? if yes,i hav tried booking the slot through normal but its showing an error message stating dat "interview appointments are not currently available.. please check bak in 24hours.f u hav an urgent need to travel,please consult emergency appointment on this site.." so can any plzz give me a suggestion that how can i book my slot for the 3rd time in normal slots...

HI Guys.My H1B visa petition got approved for the year 2008- 2009. I am filling the application form consulte intervew. the questions currently i am working X company and i have applied for H1 visa through Y company. but before this i have applied for L1 visa through X company and when it comes to RFE the X company has withdrawn the petition from the USCIS. So now while filling DS-156 there are questions like 1. is u r visa cancelled or revoked before? 2. Is any other has applied for Immigrant visa on behalf of you before? so what answers i have to give for above questions since my X company withdrawn L1 visa petition from USCIS. if i say NO/YES what will be the problem. pls answer if anybody experienced this.

I applied for a B1/B2 visitor visa in May and went to lagos for the interview although i was going to attend a training programme( Faith internaqtional training school) which was going to last for 5 months. i stated i will be staying in the USA for 5 months and i never lost a passport and have not travelled within the last 5 years but i am married with a son working with the local government and salaRY #180,000 Had all the necessary documents to back up my claims yet i was denied under the 214b sectiion, was issued the blue paper and the VO didnot check any of my documents. I have rebook the appointment again for this month next week although made changes to my previous claim that i lost an old passport with three countries visas, GHANA, PORTUGAL , ROMANIA where i visited sometime ago and got a reissued passport which is not carrying any VISAS as at now and also stated that that i will be staying in the USA for only 10 days as my church which recomended me for the training expect to return after ten days of the spiritual enrichment programme to be ordained a pastor . Do you think my past record could be used against me and what are my chances for getting the Visa now going to the embassy at Abuja ????
