1835hi.. i am 25 years old and i passed b.com degree with 49 % marks only. I have applied for "NORTH MALABAR GRAMIN BANK" officer scale -1 exam since all degree holders can apply for it. I would like to know if i got a chance if i cleared the bank test with a high score.Will they consider my degree marks during interview? or is it that only my performance in bank test is what matters? do i have a chance ?

Compared to that, can you kindly inform me: 1) Is the chance to be allocated to your home state more in RBI? 2)Is an RBI Grade B officer likely to be transferred once he is allocated a position at one of the RBI branches? 3) Is the salary,job satisfaction, comparable workload, pension etc substantially better in RBI than in SBI? I can't find reliable information on this anywhere. Kindly enlighten me if possible.
