hi friend SEBI means "SECURITIES AND EXCHANGE BOARD OF 
INDIA

MR.DAMODARAN IS CHAIRMEN OF SEBI. HE HAS BEEN APPOINTED ON 
FEB 17 2008.
He succeeds G. N. Bajpai, who retires on 18th Feb 2008.
