INCLUDES THE AMOUNTS WHICH HAS TO BE RECEIVED AGAINST SALES 
FOR WHICH RECEIVER HAS PROMISED TO PAY IN DUE COURSE OF 
TIME  , THE PERSON OR THE FIRM IS CALLED DEBTORS
