HUMAN RESOURCE the active resource among man, machine,
money. I want to utilise my strength to an appropriate
field which can efficiently utilise the rest two and
machine. So i opted for HR during my past experience I
realize human being r d most unique asset and starting frm
manpower planning, fitting them wth job, recognizing their
work, promoting and downsizing afterall to plan for ROI fr
an employee r the most challenging and enjoying work for me
to experience so I will b alwaya in HR. I never bluff by
words and one shd not show by ur achievements ur junoon
towards HR.
