shallow:-
footing,mat or raft footing,combined footing
deep:-
piles,well foundation.
types of pile:-
depending on material used timber,steel
(h,pipe,sheet),concrete(2 types precast, cast in
situ),composite(concrete+timber,concrete+steel)
