strength:I m a self motivated person,I m responsible enough 
to complete any work which started at once given to me and 
my team member,I can co-operate my team.and do not so 
aggresiveness if work take to long.i can make environment 
light,if work go boring.

Weakness:I m TOO lazy before starting any work.
