Cause: An attempt to open a password file for reading failed.

Action: Make sure that the permissions on the file have not
been changed so that the ORACLE user cannot open it.

Please add more information about this Error

In my project I am using star schema and only diimension tables are loaded and not fact tables any one can help me why it is happening? Plase guide me.
