Phase to Phase fault.
when you have 3 ph supply, at that time if any one phase came in contact with another phase without any Ground Contac and draw effectively high current and trip the circuit. that is called Phase to Phase fault. in this condition your connected load may be affected or damage due to failure of 2 phases.
