MF = Main PT ratio × Main CT ratio / Meter PT ratio
Main PT ratio = 22kv / 110v
Main CT ratio = 400 / 5
Meter PT ratio = 11kv / 110v
So, MF = { 22000/110×400×5 } /11000/110
MF = 160
