Just For a Moment, You imagine, that you are a Manager. Then you will get
answers to above 3 questions.
4.why you want to change the job?
Either you are unfit to Company OR The Company unfit to you. In both the cases
you need to quit or change the job.
5.would you like to team or individual ?why?
If you are a team worker or team leader, then you are fit for individual task also.
If you are a individual worker, then you may NOT fit for team.
