D = Diameter of the bar
Example: 25 mm bar
(25*25)/162.162
3.854 Kg per meter

I measured pcc work as 15.34 m cube , the ratio is 1:5:10 ,want to know the cement, sand and metal used for pcc measured as 15.34 m cube at this ratio.
