Answer 96 - (a) 17. (b) Lowest stretching frequency : H-At. Highest stretching frequency : H-F. Reasons : F has the lowest proton number 9 and At has the highest proton number 85. For the compound of H-X, the stretching frequency of the bond decreases when the mass of X increases and vice versa. I think it is 65% in 10th, 12th n BE with a 5% relaxation in any one. For west bengal bord..what will be simple average for HS...is the additional marks would be adde with 100+200=1200.and the the average will be done.
