how to calibrate pressure gauge(we can not able to fixed by pointer screw adjustment and pointer re fixing method)

we can calibrate pressure gauge using dead weight calibrator. example: we put 10 kg weight to create 10 kg per cm^2 pressure in dead weight calibrator and then set pointer at 10 kg per cm^2.
