Recruitment is a process by which organization searches for right kind of of people who definitely have the quality of the vacant post of the organization and by this process managers motivate the potential candidate to apply for the job . basically it is a linking function between the potential job applicants and the job by which company can get the best one for doing the job efficiently . And selection is a process by which a company can get the best suitable potential employees among the rest of applicants . selection is a complex process and it always come after the recruitment process . recruitment gives a pool of applicants but by selection company can get the most appropriate employees among the rest of all .
