Elcb and rccb work for same cause.. that is earth leakage they both gets trip..
But rccb have more function i.e. it get also get trip with overload..
RCcb also trip with unbalance load..
Elcb : EARTH LEAKAGE CIRCUIT BREAKER
RCCB: RESIDUAL CURRENT CIRCUIT BREAKER
I think this is enough to understand about both..
