How to desaturate a saturated CT of PS Class?

If Protection CT(PS Class) saturates, you can not desaturate it to return to its normal state.There are two stages of saturation, one is partial saturation (in which case you can desaturate it by DC Choking), other is complete saturation where you cannot desaturate.
