English also not good enough for backend n HR profile jobs that's why still I have job less n I am disappointed my self.

Hello Umi. At times, almost everybody feels less confident. It's only natural. The art of living is all about playing to your strengths. You mentioned your not-so-strong English skills. Remember this: skills can always be acquired with practice; all you need is a 'never-say-die' attitude.
