Two pumps connected in series: H will be more & Q will be same.
Two pumps connected in parallel: H will be same & Q will be more.

1) Any pipe line working fluid may water / steam on it one manual isolation valve suppose one side of valve 6 kg/ cm^2 pressure (i.e. up stream) and other side is “ 0” kg/ cm^2 pressure(i.e. down stream) .
