If NO contact of relay gets supply from other sources or other part of circuit and at a time relay coil activates,then current will flow in which direction & will it cause to damage relay??

current will flow from no to common, and there will not any damage with relay coil.

Dear sir, my knowledge about cable size determination is limited. Though I read examples I could not calculate the Cable size required for electric driven pump 40 KW, 380 Volt, 50 HZ, 50 meter from transformer and it is three phase star delta starting. In our factory so many iron pillors are exists for supporting the shed/Hangar. If do more no of earthings at one piller instead of doing more earth pits in many locations and running earth strip around the hanger, I can save the money.
