First line manager is the profit center of the company. He is the immediate boss of the MR.Development and retention of MRs is his main job.He has to set examples in front of MRs how to handle doctors in their chamber, stockist handling and chemist handling. Conversion of doctors is his most important job. He has to identify the strength and weakness of MRs and to get result by utilizing their strength & to develop their weakness to strength.He has to make periodical review of primary, secondary & closing stock of each MR & takes different type of steps to improve it. Tour program , Territory coverage, finalization of core and other doctors are his responsibilities. He has to provide on field training to all MRs. He has to contribute to the total sale of each territory. He has to maintain the sale of vacant territories by working alone and to find out good MR for that territory. He has to achieve the primary, secondary & collection objective month after month in association with MRs by implementing the strategy of the company in the market. He has to propose regarding different new strategies which are required according to the demand of the market to be implemented to improve sale of the company.
