Each and every person, office, organization were having things to be done on regular basis or within the stipulated time or at regular intervals and for that purpose human power, mechanical power and other powers are needed. To finish the things or to finish the work or to finish the requirements or to finish the job or to finish the projects, man power is needed by the persons other than the proprietor, partners, or organization. To complete the job or to complete the work or to complete the project or to finish the requirements or to help or assist in the day-to-day, daily regular activities skilled or non skilled personnel are needed. Utilizing the services of skilled or non-skilled personnel on salary basis is called employment. For such employment skilled or non-skilled personnel were to be selected and given appointment and such appointment is called recruitment.
