if your total ctc is 12000
then your basic salary is 40% of ctc or gross salary
Your CTC 12000
Basic Salary 40% 4800
+ Medical allw.(15000 pa.) 1250
+ HRA depend upon city 40% 1920
(metro politon city 50% of basic)
Ed All 100*2 200
and other allw. 3830
-decution
PF 12% of Basic salary 576
Bonus 8.33% of Basic salary 400
PT (depen upon PT List) 150 1126
Total Take to home (Net Salary) 9898
