royalty is a term used to denote the periodic payment made
by one person called lessee to another person called lessor
by using right lessee vested in the lessor.for example
Rangah the owner of a diamond mine and instead of
extracting the diamond himself he give the Right to another
person probably NZVENGA in return of the ammount calculated
on the basis of diamonds extracted from the mine and such a
payment is called ROYALTY.
