In Simple Words, An invoice consists of Invoice Number,
Date, Chare/service details, charge code (Cost
center/GL/IO, Amount, Customer name & address to whom the
invoice is billed, vendor name & address, Vendor bank
details, payment terms & Authorised signatures of Vendor.
