OUTSTANDING WILL NOT COME IN RECEIPTS & PAYMENTS,IN INCOME EXPENDITURE IT WILL COME IN EXPENDITURE SIDE,IN BALANCE SHEET
IT WILL COME LIABILITIES SIDE UNDER CURRENT LIABILTIES.
