GOODWILL IS THE REPUTATION OF THE COMPANY,
IT IS AN INTANGIBLE ASSET,
IT IS MOSTLY IMPORTANT FOR THE COMPANY BECAUSE GOODWILL CREATE COMPANY'S BRAND IMAGE NOT ONLY IN THE MIND OF CUSTOMER BUT ALSO ALL OVER THE WORLD.
