alternater losses i.e core & copper losses depends upon voltage & current respectively but induction motor gives us real output i.e mechanical output which is a true power & represented in kilowatts.

I have 4 busbar of 1000 ampere. we use 4 busbar to make 4000 ampere in one phase.my problem is that when we applied 60% load on that then busbar produced high noise.what is the reason of that and how can i minimize that noise.
