what if tie beams coming from x axis do not meet tie beam
coming from y axis? Is it safe if they dont meet?

ITS NOT SAFE , TIE BEAM IS REQUIRED FOR JOINED THE COLUMN,SO TIE BEAM MUST MEET EACH OTHER .
