IF 5000amp current on LT 440V. then how much it will draw
amp on HT 11KV side

Answer Posted / pradyumna171

the voltage ratio of HT&LT is 25:1 (11kv/44ov) then current ratio is inversly ie 1:25 if LT current is 5000 amp then HT current is 5000/25=200 amp. we get same answer by apply any method of calculate the current.
