1.Changing the current job is, part of the previous job
responsibilities set.
2.The current job Responsibilities, as per the 'Statement
of Work' are met and satisfied by the project goal.And
there by the responsibilities turnedout obselete.Changing
the job is similar to changing the job to new set of
responsibilites which will encourage the team to perform as
expected.
