There are 7 layers in OSI model.

They are:
1.Application Layer
2.Presentation Layer
3.Session Layer
4.Transport Layer
5.Network Layer
6.Data-link Layer
7.Physical Layer

This is called OSI(Open System Interconnection) because it
is designed to provide all around connection to devices all
over the world. It is designed by ISO(International Standard
Organization).
