i really say thanks to my previous organization.because of i
started my carrier as a asst HR level in that
organization.and i work hard .management also appreciate by
promotions,good incentives. the main thing i want to change
the job is i want to do big tasks.i have good innovative
thinks.in this organization that was not possible big tasks
will be completed by head office.i want to utilize my skills
and improve my skills.
