actually dia of the bar reduce asper drawing spacing also
decrease that time so how to calculate the spacing of with
respect to changed bar dia?
Answer Posted / s.abdul ajees,v.srinivasan
ACTUAL DIA OF BAR AREA/CHANGE DIA OF BAR AREA x ACTUAL SPACING
EX:
AS PER DRAWING 20MM DIA (AREA=3.14X(20^2)/4 =314.16MM^2
CHANG OF RAD 16MM DIA (AREA=3.14X(16^2)/4 =201.06MM^2
ACTUAL SPACING 200MM
=201.06/314.16X200
=127.99MM SAY 120MM C/C
SPACING OF BAR = 120MM C/C
