Regading PF
Employee contribution
= 12% ( of basic+D.A but not more then 6500/-)
Employer contribution
= 8.33% toword famely pensoin + 3.67% toward PF +1.10%
admin. charges + o.05% EDlI + 0.01 % admin. charges for EDLI
Total contribution Of imployer is 13.61 %
Regarding ESI
Employee Contribution = 1.75% of Wages
Employer Contribution = 4.75 % of Wages
