in mosfet we have different types like enhancement and
depletion.but why do we preffer enhancement over dpletion

Hi,
Enhancement type --> normally OFF .that means we have to
apply Gate voltage to ON the circuit .
depletion type---> normally ON.we have to apply gate voltage
to switch it off.
Mosfet are normally used in digital circuit .so we need a
device which is normally OFF.
So we prefer Enhancemnt type over depletion type.
