I am unable to access other Pc within network without
domain. when i am doing to access other Pc within lan like
//192.168.1.11 it gives error message like "the network
location cannot reached.For information about network
troubleshooting, see windows help" what is the solution?

may be your system IP is in the range of APIPA i.e
169.254.0.1. so check your IP and services like computer
brouser,network connection, network location awereness
